We are happy to report that Daisy is up & running. It will be worry fee from here on out. I believe we are truly ready for the summer season. Fresh juice is back on the menu & we have a few new additions. I have been trying my hand with some Gluten Free Baking as of late & very happy with the findings. We now have a version of our buckwheat waffle that is made with rice flour. We also have a few cookies that are sans the wheat! Still working on the muffin front but all things in good time. hope to see to all soonn&w
